bill commission download to agents using Applied Systems' The Agency
Manager(R) (TAM), an automated system used broadly by property and casualty
insurance agencies.

The Hanover's direct bill commission download sends commission data for
personal and commercial lines business to the agency management system on a
monthly basis. Agents using this electronic alternative to manual entry will
reduce the time they spend processing the agency's direct bill commission
information by as much as 20 percent, helping them to operate more
efficiently.
